About Me...

I started taking watercolor lessons about 10 years ago from Sherry Holmes, a skilled and talented watercolor artist and teacher. She has been my mentor and good friend ever since. My paintings reflect my love of flowers and my source are the many flower gardens that we have at our home and our summer cottage at Chautauqua Lake. My husband lovingly maintains the gardens while I paint them! Our love of animals (my husband, Dick, is a retired veterinarian and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician) give me many subjects to paint. I hope that you enjoy my paintings and the journey I am on learning something new everyday.
